Art in the Garden
with
Kindred Gardens will be partnering with Constellation Kid's Art Club to host a series of summer art workshops for kids!
Come make some fantastic art in the garden and then join us for an art show displaying all the hard work the kids have done at the end of the summer!

Let's Visit the Zoo
Ages 2-4

Come visit the zoo with us and meet the animals! In this summer series for preschool children, ages 2-4, we will be reading some fantastic stories and creating some amazing animals of our own. During the series we will be exploring primary and secondary colors as well as working with lots of different mediums and developing art techniques.

World Travelers
Kindergarten - 2nd

Travel the world with us as we explore art from different cultures and create some of our own! In this summer series for early elementary children, grades K - 2, we will begin to explore the seven art principles of color, shape, form, line, texture, space and value. We will explore multiple mediums including oil pastels, watercolor, clay, and many more.

Ahoy!

We will be creating all sorts of piratey things during this summer art session for early elementary children, grades K - 2. Transform into a pirate, search for buried treasure, and maybe even meet a mermaid or make a parrot friend along the way!

Meet the Artists
3rd - 6th

We will be meeting some of the world's greatest artists from the impressionism era to the baroque era, to the photorealism era, by exploring their lives and their art work. During this class for children, grades 3 - 6, we will begin learning about the principles of design including: balance, movement, rhythm, repetition, pattern, unity, variety, emphasis, proportion and contrast.
